Case Study: London Dental Institute (LDI)

Client Overview:
London Dental Institute (LDI) offers postgraduate dental courses and approached me with the need for a seamless workflow to create webinars for their students, as well as social media content to generate organic traffic and promote their courses.

Challenges:
LDI required two key areas of support: a structured webinar creation process and compelling social media content that would serve as social proof and drive organic engagement. They wanted to ensure that the webinars were professional and that their social media presence translated into course sales.

Strategy & Implementation:
In the first two months, I developed a comprehensive webinar creation workflow, organizing everything from lecturer scheduling to seamless video production. Alongside this, I curated a social media strategy focused on showcasing student success and LDI’s expertise. By balancing paid ads with consistent organic content, LDI’s brand became more visible and trustworthy.

Results:
Over the past year, LDI has grown to over 60 students, with a significant portion of them coming from both paid ads and the organic content produced. My role has since evolved into maintaining the structure while implementing creative enhancements to keep their online presence fresh.

Conclusion:
The collaboration has not only strengthened LDI’s educational outreach but also solidified their social media as a valuable funnel for student acquisition, contributing to sustained growth and engagement.

GIYA case

Game If You Are (GIYA)

Client Overview:
Game If You Are (GIYA) is a marketing agency specializing in indie gaming. In April 2024, they were looking to elevate the quality of their video content to an even higher professional standard. Their main client, Atari, sought video content that could stand out, especially for trailers, social media content, and promotional materials.

Challenges:
GIYA’s goal was not to overhaul their video work but to take their already solid production to the next level. The focus was on creating visually captivating and engaging videos that would resonate across different platforms and satisfy the evolving needs of their clients, including Atari.

Strategy & Implementation:
To achieve this, I enhanced their video production by adding advanced VFX, high-end motion graphics, and incorporating great pacing with the final result in mind. These improvements helped GIYA create content that was not only visually appealing but also maintained high engagement for their clients’ trailers, social media posts, and cutaway scenes for various games.

Results:
The upgraded content exceeded expectations, and both GIYA and Atari were highly impressed with the refined, high-quality visuals. This work helped solidify GIYA’s reputation for delivering cutting-edge video content in the indie gaming space.

V4M Case

Venture 4th Media (V4M)

Client Overview:
Venture 4th Media (V4M) is a large content creation company with over 250 writers producing blog content for businesses. Their business model focuses on generating revenue through ads and affiliate links to products. During my 1.5-year tenure, I led their video editing department.

Challenges:
V4M wanted to boost their SEO visibility by transforming their top-performing blog articles into video content. The goal was to leverage video to drive more traffic to their blogs and enhance the reach of their SEO strategy.

Strategy & Implementation:
As head of the editing department, I created over 550 videos for more than 20 different websites covering a wide range of topics, including video gaming, makeup, food, aviation, subscription boxes, and clothing. These videos were embedded into the blogs to enrich the content, driving both SEO performance and user engagement. I also grew two video gaming YouTube channels from the gaming-related video content, which together accumulated around 300k views.

Results:
The integration of video content into V4M’s blog articles significantly increased traffic through enhanced SEO. The video gaming channels I developed also grew rapidly, further contributing to V4M’s visibility and online presence.

bruno case

Bruno Bajrami – High-Ticket Closer

Client Overview:
Bruno is a high-ticket closer who not only closes high-value deals but also teaches others how to become high-ticket closers. He relies heavily on organic Instagram traffic to convert views into sales for his course. I have been working with Bruno for the past 6 months, focusing on filming and editing his podcast-style Instagram content.

Challenges:
Bruno had previously worked with multiple video editors but needed a more streamlined, one-stop-shop service for content creation. His goal was to maintain consistency in his content to keep growing his audience and converting views into sales for his high-ticket closer training.

Strategy & Implementation:
I implemented a streamlined process that included developing a consistent style for his videos, editing efficiently, and delivering content on time. By taking full control of his video content creation, I ensured consistency in both quality and output, helping Bruno maintain a strong presence on Instagram.

Results:
Since I started working with Bruno, his Instagram content has generated over 10 million views. The increased viewership has directly contributed to the growth of his business by converting those views into sales for his course. My consistency in video creation has not only helped him grow his audience but also allowed him to focus on running his business effectively.
